1. Welcome to the Fine Print

By using our website, booking services, or just vibing on our homepage, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t like them, that’s totally fine—just don’t use the site. We’ll still wish you well, quietly.

2. Services We Offer

We provide tech solutions including (but not limited to):

Smart home setups
Cable management (with ✨style✨)
Tech consultations
Judging your current setup in silence

These services may change. We might add new stuff, or remove things if they stop being cool or useful. We'll try to keep the site updated, but we're human(ish).

3. User Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

Using the site like a decent human being
Not trying to hack us (seriously, we’ll cry)
Giving accurate info when booking or messaging us
Not booking us just to cancel because you’re bored on a Tuesday

4. Payment & Pricing

Prices are shown on the site and may change depending on the phase of the moon or rising gas prices. If we offer a free consultation, that means it's free. If you ghost us afterward, that means we roast you privately in the group chat (just kidding... maybe).

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—text, images, logo, branding—belongs to Insta-Tech Systems unless otherwise noted. Please don’t steal our content. We worked hard on it and our graphic designer has feelings.

6. Liability Stuff

We do our best, but if the internet goes down mid-install or a raccoon eats your cables, we’re not liable for that. Same goes for any damages outside of what we directly caused (like if your cat knocks over the smart speaker we mounted).

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Check our Refund Policy (yes, we wrote one of those too). TL;DR: Life happens, but we do have rules.

8. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally, especially if lawyers yell at us. Updates will be posted here with a date, so feel free to check back every year like it's a weird tradition.
