1. Can I Get a Refund?
Maybe. Let’s break it down:

Consultations (Free)
Congrats—you already paid the best price. If you want a refund on this, we’ll send you… a high five? -
Smart Home Setups, Mounting, etc.
If we haven’t started your job, you can cancel and get a full refund. If we’re halfway through and you ghost us, that’s on you, buddy. We’ll keep what we’ve earned (and maybe the screwdriver).
2. How to Request a Refund

Don’t be rude—we’re way more helpful when we’re not being yelled at

3. Refund Processing Time

We try to process refunds within 5–7 business days. Sometimes it’s faster, unless the bank decides to go on vacation.

4. Things That Are Non-Refundable

Services we already completed

Anything that was custom work and already installed

Emotional damage because we told you your router placement was trash

5. High-End Products and Equipment
If your service includes the sale or installation of physical equipment—like smart cameras, premium mounts, or the occasional orbital satellite dish—we’ve got some fine print for that.

Once Installed = Yours Forever
If it’s installed and working, it’s non-refundable. You break it, you bought it. -
Unopened, Unused Equipment
If it’s still in the box and hasn’t been touched by human hands (yours or ours), you have 14 days to return it for a refund. -
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for getting it back to us in one piece. Not 47 pieces. One. -
Custom or Special Orders
If we had to summon it from the depths of a supplier or build it with our own tears and tools, it’s non-refundable. Especially if it was made just for you.

6. We're Reasonable Humans

If something went sideways and it’s our fault, we’ll own it. We want you to be happy—because happy customers tell friends, and angry ones leave reviews in all caps.
